Students: As members of the 2011 Middle Level State Honors Music Project, you must:

• Read, sign and return your completed Membership Acceptance Form and Parent/Principal Form by date noted on invitation.
• Practice and learn your music to the best of your abilities before October 28, 2011.
• Arrive for rehearsals at Waunakee High School on Friday morning, October 28, 2011.
• Stay at the Marriott Madison West on Friday, October 28, 2011. (Busing from rehearsal site to hotel provided.)
• Perform WSMA Middle Level Honors Concert on Saturday, October 29 at 1:00 pm at the Marriott Madison West.

Student music and important event materials will be sent via US Mail between August 1-15.  Parents/Guardians:  Please review all mailed materials with your student.  Important details in the mailing will include concert ticket orders, health forms, student music, what to bring and other special instructions.  Additional copies of the forms may be downloaded from the links above.

Student registration is on Friday, October 28 at Waunakee High School.  Students will spend the entire day rehearsing their concert music in group rehearsals and sectionals at Waunakee High School. At the end of the day students will be transported to the Madison Marriott West for the evening. (Please note bus transportation is provided by WSMA.)

Saturday, October 29 begins with breakfast at the Madison Marriott West, followed by group dress rehearsals and photos. A student luncheon is served before the WSMA Middle Level State Honors Concert.  Concert begins at 1:00 pm with the choir, followed by the orchestra and the band.  Concert run time is approximately 2 hours.

The 2011 Middle Level State Honors concert will be held on Saturday, October 29 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at the Madison Marriott West.

The concert is general admission with doors opening at 12:15 PM. Tickets may be ordered in advance with the ticket order form.  A limited number of ticket will be available for purchased at the door.
