Facility Rental > Schedule of Fees
To ensure fairness and consistency in the use of Wisconsin Center for Music Education (WCME) facilities, the following categories have been established to determine priority for use and a schedule of fees for approved user groups.
Category 1: WSMA, WMEA and WFSM programs, board meetings, committee meetings and other activities directly related to association programs and services.
Category 2: Related organization programs, meetings, seminars. These include nonprofit arts, education or civic organizations renting space for meetings, seminars, workshops or demonstrations with educational, charitable or cultural goals. Category 2 pricing will also be used for determining facility fees for association-sponsored programming at the WCME.
Category 3: Commercial Users: private, for profit businesses, vendors or entrepreneurs.
Meeting and Conference Rooms
Weekday: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm
Weekend/Evening: Monday-Friday after 4:30 pm; Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am-10:00 pm
Full Day Rates: 8 Hour Rental
Half Day Rates: 4 Hour Rental
Audio Visual Equipment
Lessees may bring their own A/V equipment for use, however, they are solely responsible for any technical assistance regarding their personal equipment. Lessees are expected to leave all rented equipment in the condition in which it was found.
